Nauthera is a self-hosted, Kubernetes-native identity provider. The Site provides information about the project, documentation, and a waitlist for upcoming features.
Nauthera does not offer a hosted or SaaS product. The software is deployed and operated entirely within your own infrastructure. We are not responsible for your deployment, configuration, or operation of the software.
The Nauthera software is distributed under the license that accompanies it. Your use of the software is governed by that license, not these Terms. These Terms govern your use of this website only.
The Nauthera name, logo, and website content are the property of Nauthera and its contributors. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable trademark law.

By joining our waitlist, you ask us to email you once, when the operator ships, through our email provider (Resend). If you apply for a design-partner seat, we may contact you about it. We don't send a newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us.
The Site is hosted on Vercel, uses Cloudflare for DNS and security, Resend for email delivery, Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights for usage and performance statistics, and Google Ads to measure our advertising. Your use of the Site is also subject to the terms and policies of these providers. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Nauthera software is provided without warranty as described in its license. We make no guarantees about the suitability, reliability, or security of the software for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nauthera and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or the software, including but not limited to data loss, service interruption, or security breaches in your deployment.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nauthera and its contributors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, violation of these Terms, or your deployment and operation of the software.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Switzerland.
